Free Polishing & Plating Service Policy


This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Sylva Jewels offers its Free Polishing / Plating
Service for eligible jewellery products. The service is designed to help maintain the appearance of your
jewellery under normal usage conditions.

1. Eligibility Criteria
• The Free Polishing / Plating Service can be claimed only after 6 months from the date of purchase.
• The service is applicable only to jewellery purchased directly from Sylva Jewels.
• The customer must provide the original sales bill/invoice at the time of claim.
2. Exclusions
• Jewellery that is damaged, broken, bent, or cracked.
• Products that have been altered, resized, repaired, or modified by any third party.
• Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accidents.
• Normal surface finish changes, scratches, or signs of regular wear and tear.
• Black rhodium plated jewellery is strictly excluded from this service.
3. Claim Process
• The customer must first share a clear and proper video of the product showing all sides and the
issue.
• The video must be shared through the communication channel specified by Sylva Jewels.
• Upon review, the request will be approved or rejected at the sole discretion of the company.
• Once approved, the customer must send an email to officially initiate the service request.
• After receiving confirmation from our team, the customer must ship the product to the official
company address shared during approval.
4. Shipping & Handling
• The jewellery must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
• All shipping charges (to and from) must be borne by the customer.
• Sylva jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit.
5. Service Timeline
The polishing or plating process may take time depending on the nature of the product and current service
workload. Sylva jewels does not guarantee a fixed turnaround time, and delays may occur during peak
periods.
6. Company Rights
• Sylva jewels reserves the right to approve or reject any service request after inspection.
• The company may refuse service if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.
• This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
